A gem of a hotel in Lourdes.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is literally located across the street from the Sanctuary of Lourdes so this was a plus especially for my mother who has trouble walking long distances. Dinner was amazing, even better than some we had in Paris.

Perfecto for the short time we were there.

The front desk staff was excellent Simon and Paulo to name a few. All were superb in helping the guest with a genuine smile. The location to the Grotto is the best in town .

for my daughters fist visit to Lourdes we had a magnificient time

The location was perfect, the staff were wonderful, polite, helpful and very friendly. The room was perfect, very comfortable. There was a delicious menu available to consider each day for lunch and dinner. There was ample to choose from for breakfast as well

A truly wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left yesterday. The staff are truly wonderful and so so helpful. Our room was extremely clean and a wonderful view. We loved every moment of our stay and will return next year.

Beautiful hotel very near grotto. Great place to stay.

Steps away from the basilica and grotto. Historic beautiful building. We were upgraded to a suite. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Getting to the property was a nightmare. Nothing to do with accommodations, though.

Fantastic helpful desk staff. Extremely close to Lourdes Cathedral and attractions, easily walkable. Lots close by cafés and tourist shops. Restaurant at the hotel has lovely food.

Beautiful, historic hotel conveniently located near the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes.

Beautiful, historic hotel conveniently located literally across the street from the entrance to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Large groups of pilgrims can sometimes be a bit boisterous but that's to be expected.

The location of the hotel is suprerb. The decor and cleanliness were excellent. The staff was friendy and attentive.
